Can I resize to an exact width and height?

Yes. Enter the target width and height in pixels. If Lock aspect ratio is enabled, changing one dimension automatically calculates the other.

What image formats are supported?

Does resizing reduce image quality?

Resizing can change image detail. JPG and WebP also use configurable compression quality; PNG is lossless.
